In Praise of 4T
The 4T Prosperity Program is truly a life-changing and
uplifting spiritual program that reminds its participants
(and facilitator) that we already HAVE all the tools we
could ever need to move through our lives in such a way as to become
more fully present to the gifts God is blessing us with,
this very day. 4T honors what has gone before and what
is yet to come, while encouraging those who actually do the
program to free themselves up to living a much fuller,
more prosperous life. I recommend 4T for those who are ready to
take off with God! Just fasten your spiritual seat belt, "lower
your screen of anxiety" and let Spirit be your Guide.

Compassion
Bruce, a man living in Delray Beach, Florida,
was perplexed in the eighth week of the course because so many
other students had success stories to share, but his circumstances
were anything but successful. His business was flourishing, but
his clients were not paying on schedule and he thought he might
have to close the business down for lack of cash flow. He asked
himself, "What am I not doing
in 4T that I should be doing? I am doing all of the class assignments.
I am tithing of my time and my treasure. Then it came to him, "I
am not tithing of my talents". He was not doing any volunteer
work. Bruce went to a clinic for Aids babies and volunteered. All
that a volunteer had to do at that clinic was to hold an Aids baby
and rock him. This six-foot, eight inch, well-built man took this
baby—and held him—and rocked him—and loved him—and
comforted him the best he could. Can’t you just see the scene?
This huge man holding this tiny infant in the process of dying.
As he held the infant, a sense of compassion, humility and surrender
engulfed him. A dam broke. As we know Jesus said, "He who
is humbled shall be exalted". The very next day checks from
customers long overdue began to arrive and his business turned
around. |
An Enriched Life
I absolutely would not
be in the excellent life I am enjoying today if I had skipped the
4T program. Since my first time taking 4T, I have repeated it twice.
Each time has been a new, delightful outcome of prosperity and success. M.L., 4T student |
Reconciliation
A Unity minister had been estranged from his daughter for ten years.
During the sixth week, after the course focus had been on forgiveness
work, which the minister had joined the class in doing, his daughter
called him asking for a reconciliation. |
Achievement
I was part of the 4T Prosperity
Program and achieved everything I placed on my treasure map! Tithing
is second nature…can
you believe that God wants me to keep 90% of everything?!!!! I recognize

Acknowledgement
We held our first
4T class three months after pioneering New World Unity. We have continued
to provide this wonderful work once or twice a year, as we know it
is a significant factor in the prosperity consciousness of our spiritual
community. Even though we are considered a small church in numbers,
we know our income (and overall prosperity consciousness) far exceeds

Turning Point
Lorna had been a successful teacher, school
principal, and at that time, a member of the administrative staff
of a Sacramento suburban school district. In the third week of the
course, Lorna stood up during the success-sharing time and announced
with amazement that she had been laid off because of a district cutback.
She could not understand it—particularly in light of just beginning
4T. "What happened?" Stretton looked her in the eye
and said to her that it was the greatest thing that had happened
to her in a long time and that she now had an opportunity to take
this event and make it a wonderful turning point in her life. Lorna
accepted the challenge and did all of the outer work and inner
work suggested by the course. She used her imagination and devised
a consulting career for herself—assisting those school districts,
which were also in the midst of cutbacks. She used this seeming
challenge to teach the districts on how to "do more with
less". By midyear, she was booked solid to the end of the
year—making more money than she had ever made, and enjoying
her career more than ever. At the year’s end, she was hired
as the Executive Director of the largest educational consulting
firm in the State of California—with a staff of nine and
a field office of fifteen, all dedicated to the idea of improving
the entire educational system. In speaking to her after that assignment,
she said that prior to the 4T course, her concern had been focused
on protecting her job, on her retirement (which was still years
away) and the measure of security, which she thought the job provided.
She had no idea of the heights to which she could fly. |

True Prosperity
Marie was in the eighth week of the course and
somewhat discouraged because she had not demonstrated any spectacular
success story, as had many others in her class. She shared her discouragement
with her prayer partners. The prayer group asked her, "What
would it take to make you feel prosperous?" Marie thought
a moment, and off the top of her head, said she’d feel prosperous
if she received a red 450SL Mercedes. A friend called Marie that
same week, having no idea what has transpired in the prayer group.
Her friend told her another friend had placed his 450SL Mercedes
on sale at a real bargain price—and did she want to look
at it? Marie asked, "What color is it?" "Red." Marie
bought it and as she was driving down the road happily in her red
450SL Mercedes, and voice kept speaking to her from within. This
was the first time she had ever had such an experience. The voice
kept saying, "Didn’t you know that I’ve always
taken care of you?" Marie was so overwhelmed that she had
to pull over to the side of the road. She sat there with tears
of joy flowing down her face as the voice kept repeating that same
phrase. This revelation and awareness of God speaking to her from
within was her real and true prosperity. And she knew it. |
Spirit Acknowledged
I took the 4T Prosperity class. Yes, it changed
my life. I was a successful business owner, I owned my own home,
and I had a good relationship with my 3 children and on the outside
life looked really good. I had all the toys, but I was not happy.
I really wanted that special person in my life to share all of
the abundance I had so generously been given by Spirit. So I
got real serious about it. I ended a relationship that was going
nowhere. I just really put demand on Spirit for The Right and
Perfect Mate. Sure enough, a person I had known for a long time
reappeared in my life and this time we got it right. I was in
4T in May, engaged in October and our wedding was December 22,
but a funny thing happened to me on the way to the altar. I realized
that I had The Right and Perfect Mate all along. It was Spirit,
which had always been there just waiting for me to open my heart. N.B., 4T student

Life Saved
Steve had a panic stop as he was driving, and
spun 180 degrees, ending up facing an 18-wheeler bearing down on
him. His car was absolutely totaled. He awoke from unconsciousness
in the ambulance. The medics told him to relax. Steve recalled the
seventh lesson and immediately said, "My mind is in my heart", and "I Am".
He said these two phrases repeatedly. He continued to say them
over and over again for the three days that he remained in the
hospital. Steve was discharged after many medical tests and the
doctors were astonished that the only damage he had suffered from
such an accident was a small scratch and bruised ribs—over
his heart. |
Perfect Job Found
Dennis was laid off jut before signing up for the 4T course. He did
all of the outer work that was needed to be done, as well as the
inner work. He moved both his feet and mind. During the course,
he kept receiving offers for employment one after another. This
was all occurring in a downturn in his industry. The industry was
restructuring with massive lay-offs. As he said, all of these job
opportunities came to him from out of the blue. He had done effective
mind-changing prayer work. Dennis selected the job that he was
guided to and the salary, bonus arrangements and other benefits
far exceeded what he had expected. This far surpassed what his
old job had provided for him. In the process, he was elected to
the Board of Directors of the Palo Alto Unity church. |

really outstanding experiences we have had in our metaphysical educations.
We have grown very fond of Stretton and to us he is a vital and lively

Employment Satisfaction
Howard asked the class to pray for him during
the second session. His supervisor had retired and he and two other
people were being considered for the job. About three weeks later,
he informed the class that he had not gotten the job and wanted to
know why, "Why?
What went wrong with prayer? Why didn’t prayer work?" Stretton
quizzed him a bit and discovered that he didn’t really want
to be a supervisor of people at all, but had thought this promotion
was the only way for increased money. He felt he was supposed to
want a promotion. Stretton asked him what he really wanted to do.
Howard said that he’d like to be a part-time consultant to
the smaller towns in the area that could not afford a full-time
environmental planner—which was what he was. Everyone prayed
for that. Two weeks went by and he stood again in class and kept
saying, "I don’t believe it. I don’t believe
it". The Elk Grove City Manager had called him and wanted
to know if he was interested in part-time work in their planning
department—in environmental planning. Howard said, "I
told no one except this class what I wanted and from out of the
blue, it came to me". He accepted their offer, which led
to increased income as well as increased work satisfaction. |

The 4T class taught me that life is a "Buffet." You can have
